This patient wished to have fuller, perkier breasts. She had deflated upper breasts with a low nipple position. She had smooth round silicone implants, 415cc placed under the muscle with a breast lift at the same time as abdominoplasty surgery (mommy makeover). Photos are 5 months postop.
